About

Sean Allingham

Sales Representative

I’ve always been drawn to places with stories. Every home, every space, every person has a tale to tell. With a background in literary and legal studies, I’ve spent years thinking about how history, language, and place shape each other — and how people live, work, and make meaning in the homes they call their own. So it feels fitting to help people buy and sell across Central Newfoundland, where the homes are as varied as the stories behind them: heritage saltboxes, outport houses, character-filled coastal cabins; these family properties have real roots in land and community.

I’m based in Gander but work throughout the region, helping clients navigate everything from straightforward sales to title histories that take a careful hand. I’m comfortable in the archives and enjoy tracing Crown grants and ownership records, and I work closely with solicitors to help make the chain of title clear and the path forward smooth. As an officer in the Canadian Naval Reserve, I bring that same focus and discipline to every transaction, every client.

My approach is simple: listen to your story, understand what matters to you, and guide you through the process with care and attention. Whether it’s a modern bungalow or a multi-generational homestead with centuries behind it, I take the time to get it right.
